It’s time to send your LEGO® bricks to us! We use EVRi, the new Hermes as our dedicated courier. You can access your free EVRi postage label in your sale confirmation email. Please ensure that you’ve followed our Acceptance Guidelines and Packaging Guidelines before you ship your bricks to us as this will ensure we can accept them.

What if I can’t print my postal label?

Not to worry! The vast majority of EVRi drop-off points have a print-in-store service. Just refine your search to include ‘print-in-store’ options only, and your closest parcel shop will come up - no printer required.

What if I can’t get to a parcel shop?

If you’re unable to take your package to a parcel shop, we offer a free home collection service. A dedicated EVRi employee will come to collect your parcels on a date of your choice and deliver them to us, so you don’t have to lift a finger. Just choose the collection service option at checkout. If you need to change your collection preferences, you can do so in your account under your recent offer information.
