- Select ‘Delete Account’: Find and tap on the ‘Delete Account’ button or link.
- Confirm Your Decision: A prompt will appear asking for your confirmation. Press ‘I’m sure’ to proceed with the deletion of your account.
- Account Deletion Confirmation: Your account will be marked for deletion, and you will receive a notification stating “Account Deleted”.
Via Desktop
Currently, there is no direct option to delete your account from the WeBuyBricks desktop site. However, you can request account deletion by following these steps:
- Send an Email Request: Compose an email to [email protected]. In your email, please include your account details and a clear request to delete your account.
- Confirmation of Request: Our support team will respond to your email, confirming the receipt of your deletion request and informing you about the next steps.
Understanding the Impact of Account Deletion
Before proceeding with deleting your account, please understand the implications:
- Profile and Data Removal: Your profile details, preferences, and settings will be removed.
- Permanent Data Deletion: All data will be permanently deleted from our database 30 days after the account deletion request.
- Irreversible Process: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
