If you’re thinking of selling your LEGO® bricks to us, read our acceptance guidelines first. This will help you know what to send and what to keep, based on the condition your bricks are in.


Here’s a breakdown of what we accept, don’t accept, and do with your LEGO® bricks, parts, and pieces when we can’t accept them.


- ## LEGO® bricks, parts and pieces we can accept
- ✅ LEGO®, Technic™, Bionicle® and DUPLO®.
- ✅ LEGO® bricks that’s part of a complete set.
- ✅ Random bricks that are jumbled up, but in good condition.
- ✅ LEGO® bricks of all colours, shapes and sizes.
- ✅ Minifigures. 
- ✅ LEGO® bricks that are clean and usable.




- ## LEGO® bricks, parts, and pieces we can't accept
- ❌ LEGO® bricks that are damaged or worn.
- ❌ LEGO® bricks that are dirty. This includes sticky residues or covered in dust, food or any other dirt.
- ❌ LEGO® bricks that are not genuine.
- ❌ We do not accept Mega Blocks, Knex, Kre-O etc.


## How do you check my LEGO® bricks? 


All LEGO® bricks are checked by our quality control team. We sift through brick by brick and check that they comply with our condition guidelines, stated above.


## What happens if you don’t accept my LEGO® bricks?


If we find any LEGO® bricks that don’t meet our acceptance guidelines, we’ll email you to let you know. You can choose whether you would like us to recycle your LEGO® bricks on your behalf or send it back to you. However, you will need to cover the postage cost for this. See our return postage costs below:


#### LEGO® bricks (per box): Max £5.00


You’ll have 5 working days to respond to our email. If we don’t receive a response, we will recycle your LEGO® bricks that don’t meet our acceptance guidelines. You’ll still receive payment for the rest of your bricks.


As we are a reseller, we have to make sure that the LEGO® bricks, parts, and pieces we receive are in a sellable condition. As we’re sure you can understand, we don’t want to sell any bricks to customers that don’t meet their expectations. For this reason, our decision on LEGO® bricks that fail our quality checks is final and cannot be challenged.

- ## Packaging dos
- ✅ *Double-check your LEGO® bricks*
- Before you send us your unwanted bricks, check them over and make sure they meet our condition guidelines. It might be worth re-weighing your LEGO® bricks to make sure you’ve selected the right weight too.
- ✅ *Choose the right box size*
- Choosing the right box size will prevent your LEGO® parts and pieces from being damaged in transit. A box too small for your LEGO® bricks could burst, whereas a box too big could collapse.
- ✅ *Secure your package* 
- Whatever you decide to send us your LEGO® bricks in, make sure it’s sturdy and durable. Because LEGO® bricks are so small, it’s easy for them to get lost in transit if your package isn’t secure. We suggest using a plastic bag inside of a box, making sure any gaps are sealed with tape.
- ✅ *Remove any existing labels*
- Be sure your box is clear of old shipping labels or stickers, as this can cause confusion at the parcel shop. You don’t want your bricks to end up getting delivered back to you!
- ✅ *Attach postage label* 
- Ensure your postage label is stuck on properly and not obscured by any tape. Don’t forget we provide a free postage label once you’ve checked out!
- ✅ *Post within 7 days* 
- Please post your LEGO® bricks, parts, and pieces to us within 7 days of completing your sale.


- ## Packaging don'ts
- ❌ *Don’t pack badly*
- Don't ship your LEGO® bricks in flimsy or damaged boxes as it will likely sustain additional damage during transit. Ensure the box is in good shape and not worn out. Also be sure to seal it properly, making sure any gaps are shut tight.
- ❌ *Label as fragile instead of careful packing*
- Labelling your boxes as ‘fragile’ or ‘handle with care’ doesn’t guarantee they won’t get damaged. These stickers should not be used as a substitute for good packaging.
- ❌ *Don’t allow contents to move*
- Labelling your boxes as ‘fragile’ or ‘handle with care’ doesn’t guarantee they won’t get damaged. These stickers should not be used as a substitute for good packaging.
- ❌ *Resend packaged without removing old labels*
- Never reuse old packaging without removing all previous labels and stickers. 


### What if you can’t print your postal label?


Not to worry! The vast majority of Evri drop-off points have a print-in-store service. Just refine your search to include ‘print-in-store’ options only, and your closest parcel shop will come up - no printer required.
